Infrastructure you can stop worrying about.
AWS backends, data pipelines, CI/CD and monitoring, so problems show up before your customers notice them.

Fewer surprises
You hear about problems before your customers do.
Faster releases
Automated deployments make shipping routine instead of risky.
Clearer costs
You can see what you run, why you run it and what it costs.
What we build
-
AWS backends
Serverless and container backends that fit your load and your budget.
-
Data pipelines
Device, event and time-series data, from ingestion to fast queries.
-
CI/CD
Infrastructure as code and automated deployments your whole team can use.
-
Monitoring
Errors, latency, queues and data freshness in one place, with alerts that matter.
-
Security and compliance
Cloud security reviews, SBOMs, vulnerability tracking and EU Cyber Resilience Act tooling.
How we work
Written first
Every change starts with a plan that includes how to roll it back.
Everything as code
Your setup lives in version control, so it can be reviewed and rebuilt.
Honest about cost
We look for the simplest setup that does the job, not the biggest one.
How we work
-
Understand
We learn your product, your users and what is getting in the way.
-
Plan
A short document with the approach, the trade-offs and what could go wrong, before any code.
-
Build
You get working software early and give feedback on the real thing, not on a slide.
-
Hand over
Tests, documentation and a clear handover, or ongoing support if you'd like us to stay.
Where this comes from
- An IoT pipeline for 400+ controllers and 180+ gateways, from AWS IoT Core to a ClickHouse store of 29 billion rows.
- An operations console covering Lambda errors, queues, scheduled jobs, ingestion freshness and uptime checks.
- Aura, which shows a company what it's running on AWS, what's exposed and how to fix it.
- A customer-deployed Go agent running on Kubernetes through Argo CD.
Questions
Do you only work with AWS?
AWS is where we have the most experience. We also work with Kubernetes, Cloudflare and Hetzner, and will tell you if another provider suits you better.
Can you review what we already have?
Yes. A short, paid review is a good first step. You get a written list of risks and what to fix first.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. After a project we can stay on for monitoring, upgrades and fixes.
